Vladimir has over 15 years of experience specializing in corporate law, capital markets, intellectual property, data protection, antitrust law, and compliance across various industries, including FMCG, as well as dispute resolution. His experience includes, among other things, advising on a wide range of legal matters and representing clients at all stages of dispute resolution in civil and administrative proceedings.
Vladimir has rights of audience before the AIFC Court.

Practical experience
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions involving shares (equity interests) and various assets, including drafting transaction documents, organizing and obtaining regulatory approvals, conducting comprehensive legal due diligence, and supporting signing and closing.
- Advising on the application of antitrust law, including support for economic concentration transactions and interaction with the antitrust authority.
- Providing legal support to professional participants in the securities market in relation to brokerage and dealer services, as well as underwriting activities.
- Participating in disputes at all stages with state authorities, including tax and customs authorities, as well as matters relating to the protection of trademark rights. Experience also includes participation in rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, and in cases involving administrative offenses.
- Supporting the public offering of shares of KazTransGas within the framework of the first “People’s IPO,” as part of the Halyk Finance team (underwriter).
