As a Legal Adviser admitted to KazBar and registered AIFC Legal Adviser, Kuanysh provides legal services in Kazakh and AIFC law, which is based on the principles, legislation, and precedents of the law of England and Wales and the standards of leading global financial centres on the issuance of securities on local stock exchanges (KASE and AIX) and financing by international development banks of local companies.
Kuanysh also has experience supporting Kazakhstani companies in issuing securities on foreign exchanges, such as London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, to attract investors' financing. He also participated in EBRD projects to finance socially significant projects of municipal enterprises and the National Companies of Kazakhstan.

EBRD in relation to the refinancing of the eighth issue of debt bonds of JSC Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company.

SWF Samruk-Kazyna in connection with issuance and placement of debut (i.e. the first in the Fund’s history) Eurobonds. The placement was made in the amount of USD 500mln on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), and on the exchange of the Astana International Financial Center (AIX).
