Altynay has 17 years experience as a lawyer in private companies. She specializes in corporate, commercial, labor, financial, banking law, participated in various large-scale projects, financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, carried out legal expertise, dealt with disputes in state courts.

- European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in relation to the financing of transport infrastructure, central heating systems, water and electricity in various regions
- EBRD in reforming tariff setting in the field of natural monopolies
- EBRD for financing the construction of a number of large solar power plants in various regions of Kazakhstan
- Asian Development Bank in relation to financing the construction of a solar power plant in the Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan
- Islamic Development Bank in relation to Islamic finance (Murabaha structure) in favor of financial institutions in Kazakhstan with the aim of financing relevant projects sponsored by private enterprises (SMEs and holdings) in accordance with the principles of Sharia
