The Zan Hub transaction received a high award from Cbonds

Earlier, we wrote in our news (www.zanhub.com/en/news) that Zan Hub advised the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the arranger banks, and together with the Liniya Prava law firm, provided legal advice on all aspects of Russian and Kazakh legislation in relation to this issue in connection with the first-ever issue of three series of sovereign bonds denominated in Russian rubles, totaling 40 billion rubles.


In continuation of that news, we are pleased to announce that the Cbonds News Agency has announced the results of the Cbonds Awards 2020. The awards ceremony was traditionally held within the framework of the XVIII Russian Bond Congress in St. Petersburg, Russia.


The first-ever transaction for the issue of three series of sovereign bonds of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Russian market with a total volume of 40 billion rubles, organized by Gazprombank, Moscow Credit Bank, ROSBANK and First Heartland Securities, for which Zan Hub acted as a legal adviser, won and was awarded in the category "Debut of the year".


On the part of Zan Hub, partner Semion Issyk and lawyers Karina Sultanaliyeva (senior associate) and Tatiana Veryovkina (associate) worked on the transaction.
