In the course of the meeting IPO process in the UK - New rules in practice, listing process, requirements for the issuer, disclosure of insider information and reporting issues were discussed.
The firm’s partner, Semion Issyk, presented at the meeting information about special considerations of corporate approvals required for the IPOs of Samruk-Kazyna group companies. Besides Semion highlighted the features associated with the special regulations with respect to strategic object in the context of IPO. During the meeting, there was a Q&A session in the course of which certain questions on the IPO of Kazakhstan national companies were addressed.
