KZT 100 bln. Euronotes of Kazakhstan Development Bank

Zan Hub has advised in connection with issue and local and international offer of Tenge-denominated Euronotes of Kazakhstan Development Bank in amount 100 billion Tenge.
Semion Issyk has led the transaction from Zan Hub side. “The project is still pretty much unique for Kazakhstan market,” – Mr.Issyk comments: “The very first issue of Tenge Eurobonds was made by DBK just few month ago, at the last year end (we took part in that project as well). And now that achievement has been successfully repeated by the Bank. Now we observe on the market that quite a few potential issuers in Kazakhstan are inspired by KDB success and seriously consider similar Tenge borrowings at the international capital market.”
