On 14 October 2020 JSC NC “KazMunayGaz” issued and placed USD 750,000,000 3.5 % notes due 2033 issued under the USD 10,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

Zan Hub acted as legal advisor to the investment banks J.P. Morgan Securities plc, MUFG Securities EMEA plc, Halyk Finance JSC and SkyBridge Invest (acting as managers) and provided legal advice on all aspects of Kazakhstani legislation regarding this issuance and placement.
