On 6 May 2021 JSC Kazakhstan Development Bank issued and placed two euronotes issues: (1) KZT 100bln 10.95% notes due 2026 and (2) USD 500mln 2.95% notes due 2031 issued under the USD 3bln Medium Term Note Programme.

AGZ Zan Hub acted as legal advisor to the investment banks J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, VTB Capital plc and Halyk Finance JSC (acting as managers) and provided legal advice on all aspects of Kazakhstani legislation regarding these issuances and placement.
