Zan Hub has advised Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan onanother update of the Republic's US$10 billion global medium term note programme and issuance thereunder of €500 million 0.60 percent Notes due 2026 and €650 million 1.50 percent Notes due 2034.
Zan Hub jointly with Norton Rose Fulbright LLP provided legal advice on all aspects of English, US and Kazakhstan legislation regarding this Issuance.
Citigroup, Societe Generale, UBS AG и First Heartland Securities JSC acted as arrangers of the deal.
The dual-tranche issuance is the second issue of Euro-denominated bonds issued by Kazakhstan, and the first issue was also arranged by Zan Hub. The place of listing and placement of Euro-notes is the London Stock Exchange, and Astana International Exchange (AIX), operating under the framework of Astana International Financial Centre.
