Zan Hub acted as a Kazakh legal counsel for European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in relation to financing a 4.9 billion tenge loan to Mangistau REC JSC.

The purpose of the loan is to refinance loans raised upon bonds.

The project led by partner Madiyar Bekturganov supported by senior associate Altynay Mambetalina and associates Tatyana Veryovkina, Kuanysh Abzhanov and Yenlik Muratova.
